Picture day at school!!

Tejia has picture day today at her school and I didn't really want to buy the pictures they had to offer because we just had our pictures taken from a good friend on the 20th of August and we are just waiting to get those back!! There are some other reasons why I didn't want to buy the school pictures like that the pricing on the packages are not to my liking and because the school Tej is in, is a charter school, where they wear uniforms, and I don't think that school uniforms are the cutest thing to put kids in for buying pictures. So, Before school today, I went and took some quick little snapshots of Tejia in school uniform for my own little keepsake. No, it won't be with her class, or her teacher, but, why do I really need any of them, when all I care about is her and her cuteness for pictures? I think these turned out alright for a quick photo shoot. Anyway, I hope you enjoy these and stay tuned, I will be posting more of the other pics we had done in the near future!! Can't wait!

Tejia's first day of Kindergarten!!

Tejia was SOOOO super excited to go to her first day of kindergarten!!! I drove her there and dropped her off, took her inside the classroom to make sure she was all good to go. She went in dropped off her back pack in her little cubby and got her name tag and she was set!! Almost forgot to tell her mommy good-bye, so I had to ask her if I could have a quick little kiss and a picture!! She let me have both, thankfully. :) She is so not shy, not one little bit!

I am back in blogging business!! YAY!!

Okay, here you go. I just put a bunch of posts up for the last month and a half or so since our computer went caplooey!! We finally got our new computer and now I have all the pictures up that I have been wanting to post since the 4th of July! So I hope you enjoy!

Sunday Pictures!

I just wanted to go out one Sunday after church and take some quick pictures of the family while we were in our nice clothes and it was a beautiful day, so this is what we got!! I really enjoy them!

Our stay at Bear River Lodge up in Summit County

Well, this summer on July 21st, was our 10 year wedding anniversary and Brant had gotten us this cabin rented for us to stay in and it was quite nice. We did have Tejia there with us, and that was great. It was just another little family vacation for us and it felt so nice to get up in the mountains where the air was cooler and away from all the busyness that life has to bring us.

Tejia caught a lady bug and was so proud of it so I had to take a picture of her accomplishment!

The cabin also had a nice pool and hot tub outside to go relax in, but it was a bit chilly for us to play in the pool for most of our stay there, so we hung out in the hot tub!

Then just a few pics of us at the cabin we stayed in.

It was nice, because it had a kitchen and everything we needed, besides food, to make our own meals with!! Not that I WANTED to cook, but I did and it was great! It also had a very nice big jetted tub in the master bedroom where I could relax!!

All in all, it was a very nice place to go stay at and I would recommend it for anyone looking to get away for a little relaxation!!

Vacation with Grandpa Rex!

So when we went to Vegas, we spent our time and nights at Grandpa Rex's house, which was nice, no hotel money had to be spent! Haha!! No Rex was super nice for letting us stay at his place and it wasn't bad either, because he had the pool and TV for relaxing, which I desperately needed while I was there! Las Vegas in July is NOT the kind of weather you want to be in while pregnant, at 8 months!!
