Tejia's Dance Recital!!!

Tejia's Dance recital is coming up this Friday!! I am so excited!!

I just love watching her dance, it is so much fun! This year she gets to do 2 dances per recital!! I have put this picture up before, but I really like seeing her in her costumes. I don't have a pic of her other one, but it is just as cute!! Tejia's class is doing a Jazz dance and a Hip-Hop dance, so that will be great for her little personality!

If anyone wants to come to the rehearsal or the recital here is the info of where and when!! It is a ticket free event so there is no cost!! yay!

dress rehearsal is Thursday December 16, 5:00-6:30 pm

and the recital is Friday December 17, 6:00-7:00 pm

and it will be at the new Herriman High School

I recomend coming early if you can to get a good seat because there are now a lot of people who come and it does get crowded, but SOOOOO worth it!! haha

ZOO LIGHTS!!!...and Santa!!!

So here is Tej and Brant, but Tej had just woken up and so she wasn't too happy at first. In fact she was being a little grump most of the time we were at the zoo. But the lights were still amazing, I have never been to see the zoo lights before and I thought it was pretty fun! it was a bit foggy as you can see though. Oh well. Here she is just a bit more happy. She was getting cold by this point. So that is when we decided to go see if Santa was still in............... and he was. That got Tej all excited!!

I loved this tiger!! it was so awesome to see it at night time looking down at me from the bridge above in the moonlight and fog, kinda creepy in a way, but still cool!

Tejia had asked Santa for a baby doll for Christmas, and that was it!! How easy is this Christmas gonna be you ask? Well, just so you know, after we left the zoo, Tej told me that she couldn't remember all of the things she wanted to ask Santa for when she got to see him. Everything on her list included the following: baby doll, buzz lightyear, woody, guitar, a moxie doll, and rapunzel. Those are the things I let her write down on her list to Santa, she really wants A LOT more.

Getting ready for Christmas!

So, I thought I'd capture a picture of Brant putting up our tree and "fluffing" it this year, because this has NEVER happened before, and who knows if it will again! It was so nice of him!! and I didn't even ask him to do it!!

and here is the finished product!! I know it is the same thing year after year, but hey, Tejia is always in front of it so I get to see how big she has gotten each year! Maybe when we get more money and a bigger house, I will have something else to take a picture of!!

Thanks Giving Day 2010

Just a few posts of some pics I got at Thanksgiving dinner!! not much, but I still had a great time!! I liked the games we played this year. I had a terrible headache, but it was worth it all for all the laughs I had!

so I just took a snap shot of mine! it was delish!

Savannah is carefully watching grandpa carve that bird, not sure if she is hungry, sad or just curious. oh well. then I have Tej and Drew playing around with cars, and trucks!!

This is what Andrew ALWAYS does when he sees me. I think it is soo funny. I wonder if it is only me he does this to or not???? I told Melissa I was gonna get a good picture of him........................
