ITS PEEWEE THE SNOWMAN!!!!

Tejia's first snowman. She really wanted to go out and play in the snow,
so we did and we built a snowman with the snowman set Jessie gave to us
a couple years ago, and it turned out really cute! Thanks Jessie!
It is a really small snowman though, because we didn't have a ton of snow on the grass!!
Brant named it Peewee, so now all the snowmen Tejia sees, are Peewee snowmen!

Tejia's dance recital night!

Oh it was so exciting to go see Tejia's dance recital!! There were ten different classes, ranging from 2-4 year-olds up to about 10 to 12 year-olds plus the adult class, which consisted of six ladies, probably in their twenties. Everyone did a great job performing! I just wished you could have seen it all. it is really hard to describe what it was like, but here goes my best shot, hopefully I can get the recording on here so you can actually see what I'm talking about.
I really think Tejia and her class did the best performance out of them all, and I'm not just saying that because she is my daughter.
It was so cute, because Tejia took the show. She thought she was the star of the show, and she sure showed it!! She went out in front of everyone in her class and did her own little solo dance. She was doing all the same dance moves as the girls in her class, but she had to go out and be center stage! ( by her own choice) When I heard the audience, and what they were reacting to, it is funny to think they were all reacting to Tejia's performance!
Then, when it was all over, all the individual classes came out, one by one, and took their final bow. When Tejia's class came out, they all did their bows and then the next class came out, to theirs, and so on...but Tejia, thinking she is the star of the entire recital, went out in front of ALL the girls, and started doing cart-wheels and spinning doing her own little dance again, during the time in which the dance instructor was talking about the girls and saying thank you. It was hilarious, but at the same time, so incredibly cute!!
I really do not know where she came from, because she is like the complete opposite of me and Brant, personality wise, but I love it and I am so, so proud of her. She is so amazing!!
So, I hope you all enjoy theese pics for now, in the mean-time, I will be trying to figure out the camcorder!!!

Posted by PicasaWell, here are some pics of Tejia's dance recital.
I didn't get very many pics of her with my camera
because Brant was incharge of doing that, while I was
in charge of video recording her with my mom and dad's
camcorder. I thought Brant would record her with our
camera, but it didn't go over as I planned, so in the mean-
time, here are the few pics I have of her, and I will try to
see if I can transfer the recording from moms camcorder
to the blog.

So, this year for Thanksgiving, we had last minute change of plans to have it at my house, because everyone decided that might work better for everyone, and because the girls wanted to go see the movie "Twilight" which we did and it was a good movie if you haven't read the book yet, but the book was, as always, better!anyway, we all had a great time and the food was great, it was my first time, ever, cooking a turkey, all I can say is it was easy, but it was gross to pull the neck out of it. I wouldn't mind doing it again another year.We had a great time and it was nice to be around my family.I got a picture of most every body, I just didn't get one of dad though, sorry dad, I'll have to capture your pic another day, my battery in my camera was about dead so I didn't get many pics
More Thanksgiving pics are below the dance pics of Tej here!!
So I was practicing doing Tejia's hair for her
dance recital, bcause she doesn't have a ton
of hair, and it is suppose to be put up into a
high bun. I can't even get it all into a high
pony-tail without pining up the back of it.
So this is what I came up with. It turned out
pretty good, and it seemed to last thru out
her dance class, so I think it will be fine for the
real recital.

For any of you who might want to come to Tejia's
dance recital, it is tomorrow night, December 4th,
at Hunter High school in West Valley, at 6:30, just
give me a call if you need the address.
She is also having the dress rehersal tonight if you
want to come to that, costume and all!!
I am so excited to see it!!!!
She loves dancing!!
